A while ago, a couple of photos and clips from the sets of Dharma Productions’ Dhadak were leaked online. Soon after that, they went viral on social media as all the fan clubs of the film’s leading duo, Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter, started carrying them.
Naturally, producer Karan Johar and director Shashank Khaitan are quite unhappy about it. One of the leaked stills features Janhvi in a green saree and that’s from a very crucial scene of the awaited movie. The story is already known to the audience as it’s a remake of the Marathi super hit – Sairaat. So it’s important for them to keep the looks under wraps as of now.
The team even got in touch with Instagram and requested them to pull the images down. But by then, it was too late as they had been posted on many other platforms as well.
Now, the crew is trying to get police permission to cordon off the area of the shoot so that the onlookers cannot click photos or take videos. Meanwhile, mobile phones have been barred on the sets as even the crew members are not allowed to carry them beyond a certain point.
