Ajay Devgan and Kajol have been married to each other for almost 2 decades now. It’s rather endearing to see the couple together with their kids, Nysa and Yug. They look like any other regular, happy family who go for holidays and pull each other’s leg once in a while. In my opinion, the Devgan’s ordinary streaks is one of their most attractive qualities. It makes them relatable AF.
Ajay is currently busy promoting his upcoming film, Raid with Ileana D’Cruz. When a leading daily asked him to recount the time he and Kajol tied the knot, he said:
There was no proposal! We became friends, and then realised we are seeing each other. One day, we decided to get married. I didn’t want to make a big issue out of my marriage. So, I came out of my bedroom, got married on my terrace, went back to my bedroom!
Hahah! We are sure that must have been pretty romantic on some level. Ajay also shared how he and Kajol first met:
On a set. It’s a very boring story. Actually, there is no story. I was the quiet one. She thought I was a snob. At first, we would hardly talk, but gradually started talking, and that’s how it began.
