1. Sore Throat

Mix 1 teaspoon of ginger, honey, 1⁄2 cup of hot water, and 1⁄2 squeezed lemon. Gargle this mixture when it’s hot. Honey coats the throat to hydrate it and also has antibacterial properties.

2. Fever

A lukewarm tub bath or a sponge bath will help reduce a fever and as the water evaporates from the skin, it will cool the body and bring the temperature down.

3. Stiff Neck

To relax a stiff neck, run hot water on your neck in the shower then quickly shift it to cold water. Repeat this two to three times in the span of twenty seconds each. This will increase and decrese blood flow that’ll help relaxing the nerves.

4. Insomnia

Sip on a cup of chamomile tea before you hit the bed. It calms your senses and helps you fall asleep faster.

5. Headaches

Place an ice pack on the back of your neck. Ice reduces inflammation that helps cure the headache faster.
