Yes! Yes! Yesssssss! @goilabutterchicken is sold out on Day One at Melbourne @melbfoodandwine I can't begin to describe the happiness this brings. To have people walk out with plates licked clean, to hear them say we didn't know Indian food could taste like this *without being too rich*. I am here on a mission and that is to change the perception about our food and that our food is about robust flavours and good technique, not about fat laden curries. Let's start with a dish that everybody loves but not many get right. Let's do this people. LETS DO THIS 🔥🔥 #SADAKCHEF #GoilaButterChicken #chef #melbournefood #indian #indianchef #cheflife #passion #fire #eatpraylove #butterchicken #tandoor #food52 #popup #truecooks #proud #food #foodie #aussie #melbourne
