recently made her comeback on screen with YRF’s Hichki. Though the film didn’t really weave magic at the box-office, everyone loved her impactful performance in it. During the interview with Mid-Day, the actress shared how she’s proud of the film and how it has changed the perception of people towards actresses who are married or have babies.

She said:

I think the definition of success with this film, for me, is the fact that it has broken the perception that a married actress, or actresses who are making their comeback after motherhood do not work and are a dead commodity. After this, I hope more women come out and work in movies.

More power to you, Rani!
