Herbs help boost the taste of your food. Whether it’s pasta or pizza, they could add that extra goodness to anything. Not only do they taste good, but also have multiple health benefits like fighting inflammation and help prevent cancer.

9. Lactose-Free Milk

Lactose is sugar found in milk that requires the lactase enzyme, which your body secretes naturally for it to be broken down into monosaccharides. Which is why some bodies cannot digest this easily. Lactose-free milk makes you feel less bloaty, digests milk faster and is ideal for lactose-intolerant people.

10. Berries

Berries are loaded with antioxidants that help in increasing metabolism because it helps the body fight bacteria. Berries are also high in fibre so it helps improve bowel movements.
