After flooring us with her performance in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all geared up to dazzle us with her next release, Fanney Khan, directed by Atul Manjrekar and produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. Other than Ash, the movie also has a kickass cast including Rajkumar Rao, Anil Kapoor, and Divya Dutta. Reportedly, Ash’s character in the movie is intrinsic to the story and we can’t wait for her to light up our screens!

Ash went on to confirm that she’d also been approached for the remakes of Raat Aur Din and Woh Kaun ThiWhile details of both the projects are still being worked out, she mentioned that Sanjay Dutt had said he’d love it if she would play the part in Raat Aur Din back when they were filming Shabd. Looks like Ash has been in the running for the remake of Raat Aur Din ever since it was thought of. We hope the project comes through!

Getting more personal and talking about her stardom she said,

“From the day I chose to step into showbiz, I’ve survived by holding on to who I am; my own best friend and brutal critic.”

Earlier this week, Ash made us go gaga over her Vogue cover with Pharell Williams and apparently she had an amazing time shooting with the singer too!

Actress, cover girl or showstopper – Ash sure makes stardom seem like a breeze.
