The Jodhpur Sessions Court was due for a decision on Salman Khan’s bail plea today. Earlier this morning, the court was presented with arguments from both sides and had delayed his final judgment until 3 pm. Just minutes ago, the judge finally announced the verdict and granted bail to Salman against a bond of Rs. 50,000. His legal team is yet to finish all the legal formalities before the actor can be released.
As reported earlier, the case had been going on for 20 years and while the others accused in the case were acquitted, Salman was taken into custody. He spent two days locked up in the Jodhpur central jail until he finally received bail.
The actor can now breathe a sigh of relief as his time in jail for the Black Buck Poaching Case finally comes to an end.
