Two days after announcing Karishma Tanna as the first shapeshifting snake woman of Naagin 3, Ekta Kapoor has unveiled another naagin in the franchise, and it’s none other than our beloved, Anita Hassanandani. Ekta took to Instagram to introduce her new naagin and we have to say she’s looking sexier than ever! Anita reposted Ekta’s post with a collage of her own, unveiling her complete look. Clearly, she’s super excited to join the cast and also asked her followers for all their best wishes.

Anita is reportedly going to play the antagonist in the series. She presently portrays and is best known for her role of Shagun Arora in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein on Star Plus. Her new project as a naagin would be her first step into the supernatural realm. Anita’s costume along with the background of the poster is giving us just the right kind of eerie feels!
Earlier this week, when Karishma’s look was revealed, fans of the franchise were quite unhappy and took to social media, calling for Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan to return for a 3rd season.
But, Mouni stepped in and sent some love and encouragement to Karishma on Instagram.

But the makers of Naagin are not done yet, because they plan to unveil Surbhi Jyoti’s character in the coming days as well. Pearl V Puri has also been reportedly roped in for the show. While the plot is still kept under wraps, Surbhi is reportedly playing a positive role. Anita’s picture has been receiving mixed reactions so far, but we will have to wait and watch whether the show will turn out to be equally successful as the last two seasons.
