The queen of Bollywood Kangana Ranaut has finally opened up about why she’s not on social media and it actually makes a lot of sense! In the final episode of Vh1 Inside Access With MissMalini, we got an inside access to Kangana’s vanity van as well as some details on her absence on social media.
Here’s what the actress had to say.
“I am not on social media for many reasons and one of them is that I feel that it’s so consuming. And besides, I feel if I’m on social media I would get really involved. People tell me, open an account because some of them can be brand queries and they want you on social media; it’s mandatory,”
She even revealed how as actors sometimes have other people handling their account and why she would never want that.
“Sometimes your agent tell you just open an account and don’t post or let us post. Now, that’s not okay with me, because I have not done anything in my life where I am not involved. I can’t imagine the fact that I am being dishonest on some level that someone else is pretending to be me. I am faking that with millions of people and its sort of having a fake relationship.”
Kangana also told us that if she ever were to join social media, her first tweet or post would be something cosmic and she believes no one would be interested in that! Well, we’re interested in everything you want to say, Kangana! After all, you never cease to inspire us, Kangana!
She is currently shooting for her upcoming project Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi and reportedly will soon start shooting for Mental Hai Kya along with Rajkumar Rao.
