Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif haven’t been the best of friends. The reason being their common ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor, and if you don’t know about it then you probably are living under a rock. Recently, Katrina was asked about a pact Alia Bhatt mentioned about and here’s what she said.
It all started when Alia, who is close to both Deepika and Katrina recently said that she has a pact with both the actresses of working with them. When Hindustan Times asked Katrina about her reaction to the same she told the daily,
I think it [teaming up with Alia] would be amazing. Not many know but I have been telling Adi (Aditya Chopra; film-maker) for the longest time that someone should make a great, big-budget and a lavishly mounted film starring two girls with strong characters. I really hope he does something like that and I would love to do such a movie with Alia. I have a strong feeling that it would do amazingly well [at the box office].
She further added,
As far as I am concerned, there is no pact or anything like that with Deepika in terms of working together.
Man, looks like our dreams of watching these two on-screen, will have to wait a while.
