The trailer of Salman Khan‘s Race 3 released yesterday.

A month ago, the actor was convicted in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case and released on bail after spending two days in prison.

The actor was present at the trailer launch of the film with Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah, Saqib Salem, and Bobby Deol where one of the questions asked to Mr. Khan was about the blackbuck poaching case. A journalist asked him whether he was worried about the verdict of the case, as a lot of money was riding on the film to which Salman replied,

Did you think I was going to go in forever?

When the journalist replied saying “no”, the Race 3 actor said,

Thank you, seriously, because I was worried.

Salman was accused of hunting two endangered blackbucks in Rajasthan while he was shooting for Sooraj Barjatya‘s Hum Saath Saath Hain and was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment. The actor has now filed a petition for suspension of his jail term.

The next hearing will be held on July 17.
