Legendary Bollywood actress Sridevi passed away in February leaving the nation in shock. Now, the ongoing Festival De Cannes 2018 honoured the timeless diva at the Titan Reginald F Lewis Film Honours. The festival this year was honouring women in the film industry across the globe, for the impact their films have made.
While initially husband Boney Kapoor was supposed to be present to receive the award with daughters Khushi and Janhvi, filmmaker Subhash Ghai received the award on the family’s behalf.

The filmmaker later tweeted,

Apart from Cannes, the actress also received a National Award earlier this year for her role in Ravi Udyawar’s 2017 crime thriller, Mom.
Indian films will always be incomplete without Sridevi.
