Bollywood actors have time and again expanded their horizons and voiced Hollywood films. From Varun Dhawan voicing Captain America in Captain America: Civil War to Ranveer Singh giving his twist to Deadpool’s voice in Deadpool 2, Bollywood actors always manage to surprise us when they step into the shoes of Hollywood characters. Now, another Bollywood actor has joined the bandwagon. Kajol will be the voice behind Elastigirl in Incredibles 2. Yes, fellas, you heard us right!
We first met the family of Parrs – Bob, Helen, Dash, Violet, and Jack-Jack in Disney Pixar’s The Incredibles in 2004 and they instantly won our hearts. Now they are back with the sequel and ready to win you over with Kajol as the voice of Helen Parr aka Elastigirl.
Sharing her excitement, Kajol said,
Incredibles 2 brings to us a heartwarming tale of a family that is like us; but yet they are different. There were so many moments in the story that I could relate to and I knew I had to join the fun. I am really excited to be a part of the family of Supers and contribute to this fun feature in my own special way.
In 2004, Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan were the voices for Mr. Incredible and Dash. Now with Kajol being a part of the film, we hope SRK joins the voice-over cast too!
