Even though our eyes are one of the most powerful tools of the body, they are extremely sensitive. Especially to the sun, dust and of course, our computer screens. Other than getting your eyes checked every year, there are many ways to take care of your eyes on a daily basis. Here are a few simple things you could do.

Smoking is already very harmful to the body. It could cause cancer and other such fatal diseases. But other than that, people who smoke often have a greater risk of developing age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, uveitis and other eye problems.

You could also practice regular eye exercises that are good for healthy sight. These small steps could lead to a healthier vision in the long run.
