What if we told you, it’s more than simple to whip up a quick salad that’s healthy and takes the least amount of effort and time? With the help of Vidhi Doshi a.k.a @RamenHairedGirl, we’ve got you the complete recipe to fix yourself a corn, sriracha and bell pepper salad at the convenience of your own home. Here it is.

What You’ll Need

1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Corn Kernels
3/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
4 Tsp Sriracha (or any other chilli sauce)
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/4 Cup Chopped Spring Onion Greens
3 Tbsp Of Finely Chopped Cheese Cubes
Salt To Taste

Here’s How You Can Put It All Together

Step 1

STEP-1: Boil The Corn

Boil the corn kernels for 4 minutes and drain.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan, add the corn and saute for 5-6 minutes till they turn slightly brown.

Add the bell peppers and saute for 2 minutes till cooked.

Add the sriracha, lemon juice, ketchup and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
