Rajkummar Rao just wrapped up shooting for Fanne Khan yesterday and took to Twitter to share the news with his fans.

The upcoming flick that is slated to release on 3rd of August also features Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in lead roles. As Rajkummar wrapped his part for the film, the cast and crew led by Anil, Ash, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Atul Manjrekar decided to celebrate the actors last day with a cake.

A source from the sets revealed to Mid Day that Aishwarya, Anil, and Rajkummar arrived at Mehboob studios to shoot their combination scenes yesterday morning.
Besides filming the pending sequences, Raj also finished his photo shoot for the film’s promotions. When the director called pack-up, Raj was in for a pleasant surprise when he saw the cast and crew had arranged a cake for him. Aishwarya and Anilalso joined in the celebrations.
Last year Rajkummar had to postpone some of the combination scenes because he had fractured his leg. But being the hustler that he is, Raj was quick to bounce back to shooting them as soon as he was declared fit. The team of Fanne Khan was touched by his professionalism and that’s probably why they had to celebrate Raj’s last day like they did.
Talking about Rajkummar, producer Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra says,
We thought it was time for a celebration as everything was completed on schedule. It’s been a pleasure working with such an immensely talented and sincere actor like Rajkummar on this film.
Raj seemed extremely excited to have worked with Ash and Anil.
Shooting for Fanne Khan with Rakesh sir, Atul, Anil sir and Aishwarya was a great learning experience for me. I’m going to miss being on Fanne Khan’s set.
