Salman Khan fans, it may just be time to rejoice because a little birdie tells us that bhai might be joining the Dhoom franchise! After John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan Yash Raj Films is looking at Salman as their next smooth criminal or so they say. After Bharat, Dabangg 3 and Sher Khan, looks like the superstar may just be seen in Dhoom 4.
A source revealed to Mid Day that talks about the collaboration have been going on for a while now.
While Salman and Aditya have been discussing Dhoom 4 for over a year, the deal was finally locked last week post the release of Race 3. Adi plans to release Dhoom 4 in 2020. Vijay Krishna Acharya, who is busy with Thugs Of Hindostan, will direct the movie. Buzz is that Ranveer Singh will also star in the film.
The source further added that the shooting will only begin next year and major chunks of the movie will be shot in Dubai.
We even got some deets about how Salman’s character will probably look!
A reference poster has also been made. Salman’s character is likely to have long hair and a scar on his face. He won’t play a negative character. His part will be like Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan’s characters in the previous instalments.
From the previous installments, we know that the Dhoom villains are sure to be bigger, better and sexier than ever.
But a Yash Raj spokesperson brushed off the speculations saying that the work on Dhoom 4 hasn’t started yet.
