Ranveer Singh has a series of interesting scripts in his kitty. He impressed the audience when he played the cruel ruler Alauddin Khilji in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat. After that Ranveer was busy turning into a rapper for Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy. He is currently shooting for the remake of Temper titled Simmba with Rohit Shetty. The film which stars Sara Ali Khan opposite the Bajirao Mastani actor is produced by Dharma Productions and Rohit Shetty Films. While we are waiting for any BTS glimpses from the sets of the film, seems like another interesting script has come Ranveer’s way.
Ranveer has already collaborated with Maneesh Sharma after he starred in Band Baaja Baaraat and Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. Now as per reports in DNA, the actor will collaborate with the director for the third time for a musical drama.

This is Ranveer and Maneesh’s third film together, after Band Baaja Baaraat and Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. It’s a love story, but also a musical drama. The music will play a pivotal part in the narrative like it does in Hollywood musicals such as La La Land.
Ranveer has proved his mettle with every film he has been associated with and if this is true, we can’t wait to witness this one!
