"Being A Gangster Comes Naturally To Me"- Sanjay Dutt

Pallavi Manoj , 03 Jul 2018

Sanjay Dutt‘s life story has forever been etched on the screens and is currently the talk of the town. But let’s get back to the real life Sanju and what he’s up to. B-Town has welcomed the actor with open arms and he has been busy shooting ever since he was done with his prison sentence. While his come back movie, Bhoomi bombed at the box office, we have our hopes on his second venture, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3. Looks like Sanjay is not too worried about how the movie will fare.

Speaking of the film, Sanju said he had full faith in the film’s director, Tigmanshu Dhulia.

I am fond of Tishu’s work. When he and producer [Rahul Mittra] approached me with the film, I did not think twice. I have gone with Tishu’s vision for the character and have done exactly what he told me.

In the movie, Sanju baba will play the role of a gangster and the actor feels he was the perfect choice to portray such a grey character.

I think being a gangster comes naturally to me. I have been to jail too, they were looking for a polished, khandaani gangster, and I fit the bill perfectly.

Even director Tigmanshu had the nicest things to say about Sanjay and said that he completely trusted him even though it was their first time working together.

Not once did Sanjay check the monitor during the shoot, like most actors do to see how they look. He would tell me if I was fine with the shot, he was too.

The trailer of the movie looks pretty intense and we can’t wait for this action-packed flick that is slated to release on 27th of July.
