Which means it might require you to eat your way to it! Now we don’t mean popping in hair vitamin supplements… We mean natural vitamins and minerals that’s included in your food, and it’s so much healthier and easier for your body consume. Plus, it’s save you big bucks in the long run!

1. Walnuts

If you’ve never had your grandma shove a handful of nuts in your mouth, were you even loved, bruh? When it comes to nourishment our grandmas knew it all, especially about walnuts! Packed with natural biotin, omega-3s and vitamins, walnuts are the most important nut to include into your diet for extra shiny and lustrous hair.

2. Carrots

A root vegetable, carrot is amazing if you’re looking to thicken your hair. It includes vital vitamins like E and C that can boost hair growth too! If you’re not a fan of having just carrots alone, just mix them into a blender with some apples for a fruit juice!

3. Eggs

Eggs are a great source of protein. But we don’t mean just the egg white—The yolk of the egg contains essential fat called lecithin that’s an vital for growth and to nourish the scalp.

4. Avocados

Avocados, one of the healthiest fats you can have. Rich in omega-3s, vitamin B and E and are high in antioxidants, avocados nourish the follicles—Which is why they’re so great to add into a hair mask! They have a number of benefits and can even jump-start hair growth!

5. Dark Chocolate

Ahh, sugar… Well not quite the one we all love to have. Dark chocolate might taste a bit bitter but that’s because of all the minerals it has. Iron, zinc and copper are contributing factors when it comes to getting stronger and longer hair.
