Which means it might require you to eat your way to it! Now we don’t mean popping in hair vitamin supplements… We mean natural vitamins and minerals that’s included in your food, and it’s so much healthier and easier for your body consume. Plus, it’s save you big bucks in the long run!

1. Walnuts

If you’ve never had your grandma shove a handful of nuts in your mouth, were you even loved, bruh? When it comes to nourishment our grandmas knew it all, especially about walnuts!
