But not many play by that rule—We eat those extra doughnuts laying out at the office coffee table. We can’t help but stop click the “add to cart” logo, and we sometimes just make ourselves believe we need all those tees.
Likewise, our skincare routine can get a little heavy with all the new skincare products in the market. But sometimes no matter the glitter face mask or cooling eye cream, you’ve got to keep it simple and cover the basics. So, here’s a minimal and daily routine to keep your skin glowing:
For the AM
1. Gentle cleanser
Use a gentle cleanser that won’t strip your skin.
2. Vitamin C serum
A vitamin C serum is rich in antioxidants. It’s essential for added protection and to achieve a natural glow.
3. Oil-free sunscreen
No one should go without sunscreen during the day. Make sure you choose an oil-free one that’s lightly hydrating as well.
For the PM
1. Cleanser
Once again go in with your gentle cleanser to wash off the dirt and impurities of the day.
2. Treatment
You can either use an acne or a retinol serum that targeted at your skin’s need. For an extra boost of hydration, add in an hyaluronic acid serum.
3. Moisturiser
Finish the routine with a creamy and hydrating moisturiser.
