Bollywood films always surprise us with fresh pairing and now we will be witnessing Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actor Kartik Aaryan opposite Jacqueline Fernandez. As per recent reports in DNA, Abhishek Jain who is making his directorial debut in Bollywood with the remake of the Kannada film Kirik Party will feature Kartik and Jacqueline.
Kirik Party showcases the story of a first year engineering student who falls in love with a girl from the final year. The Kannada version with the same name released in 2016 and featured Rakshit Shetty and Rashmika Mandanna. The film was directed by Rishab Shetty and garnered positive response at the box office. The Hindi remake of Kirik Party will go on floors in October and hit the screens next year, stated the reports.
Apart from this film, Jacqueline who was last seen opposite Salman Khan in Race 3 will also be seen opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Tarun Mansukhani’s Drive. The film is produced by Dharma Productions and will hit the screens in September this year.
