There is no denying that the Indian music scene has been growing majorly over the last few years. We’ve seen the emergence of some amazing talents over the years and we keep getting more and more. Today, we’ve got one such duo that was caught our attention and for all the right reasons. They are called Zephyrtone and it’s comprised of Producer Sayan and a vocalist Zephyr. Here’s everything you need to know about one of India’s youngest electronic pop duo.
About Zephyrtone
The journey for Zephyrtone began back in 2015 and they’ve been on a roll ever since. Their debut EP, Shooting Stars released in 2016 and basically marked the start of their upward climb. Their next single, Only You hit a whopping 10.4 million views and was also aired globally on channels like MTV Asia, VH1 and a lot more. These childhood friends grew up listening to a lot of pop and electronic music. Some of their major influences are artists like Zedd, Krewella and also the late Avicii. When they started out, they used to make covers of artists such as Coldplay, Guns N Roses, etc. That being said, it was their debut EP that started to get them noticed by people within the industry and fans alike. Now, they are touring across the country as they take it by storm with their unique combination and voices.
Hear Me
Zephyrtone has a new track that’s dropping on 8th August, 2018, called Hear Me. We at MissMalini actually got a preview of the track and also the mind-blowing music video that accompanies the track. Honestly, it’s super catchy and we found ourselves hearing it over and over again. You’re going to be immediately drawn into the voice and also the whole video. It’s like the perfect blend of art and music and we’re super stoked for these guys! It’s been a while since they released a new track but clearly, they’ve taken the time and brought something truly eargasmic to the table. Hear Me is a song about a break-up, just, without the melancholy. It’s definitely a song that’s going to have you thinking about stuff and at the same time, have you dancing!
