There is something about old songs that manages to instantly connect with us. Most of the times it is the lyrics and the music that was created in the era back then that stay with us even today. Now, what if I told you, that there is a medley where all our favourite songs (well, some of) have been combined and given a modern twist. While I was as scared as y’all are, considering the current reprise trend that has been going around, I heard this one and to be honest, I liked it. The song titled Rafta Rafta Medley is from Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se and it features the star cast Dharmendra, Bobby Deol and Sunny Deol along with Sonakshi Sinha, Shatrughan Sinha, Salman Khan and Rekha and I’m sure you’ll listen to this one on loop.
While the song begins with Rafta Rafta, it slowly transitions into O Mere Sona Re, Salaam-E-Ishq and finally ends with the title track of the film.

While I loved the entire song, my favourite part is when Rekha dances. She is an epitome of grace and I am completely floored!
