Nora Fatehi has been in the news for quite some time now and rightfully so! The stunner is impressing everyone with all her recent performances, be it Dilbar from Satyameva Jayate or Kamariya from Stree. Besides being a mind-blowing dancer, she is also incredibly fit and casually dishes out fitness goals to all her fans. Obviously, I too have been dying to know more about her diet plan and fitness routine.
I finally got the chance to do so and TBH I expected a strict diet and super-intense workout session to come my way BUT Nora’s answers left me surprised, to say the least! Ready to have your jaws dropping to the floor, peeps? (Okay, I accept the last sentence was a tad over-exaggerating.) :D
Here’s what Nora said about her (not so) strict diet:
I don’t follow any diet plan and I never have. Food for me is something I enjoy so I eat whatever I like. That includes carbs and desserts too. I admit I do eat junk like pizzas, burgers and whatever else makes me happy.
I Know Right?!
Since she doesn’t diet her workout MUST include difficult, tiring exercises, right? Well. Wrong. Again.

I don’t regularly workout or hit the gym as I tend to lose weight very easily. I use to do pilates which I found great for toning up but I love a bit of thickness especially in the lower body!
So what does she do to look so fit all the time? She dances, of course!
Whenever I get the chance I defiantly dance, not as much as I would like but I try to make time. I guess you can say that any form of workout or exercise for me would be dance!
OK. Definitely envying her metabolism. Damn you, genes!
But jokes aside, it is truly amazing that Nora uses what she loves the most to also remain fit. It doesn’t hurt that she looks so fabulous as she belts jaw-dropping routines on-screen as well.
