Priyanka Chopra has conquered the world with her acting chops, but all her desi fans are a little miffed that she’s not doing more Bollywood films. But here’s some good news for all of us! Priyanka Chopra will soon be a part of Vishal Bharadwaj‘s next. Yesterday in an interaction with the media, the director revealed that he and PeeCee had several meetings about the same and that the actress will definitely be a part of his next film. The film will go on floors next year and as with many of his other films, the inspiration from this one also has come from a Shakespearean play. It will be based on Shakespear’s famous play the Twelfth Night.
This will be the third movie that PeeCee and Vishal would be doing together after Kaminey and Saat Khoon Maaf. The renowned director was at the music launch for his upcoming film Pataakha when he took to reveal the good news.
Priyanka (also) wants to work with me. And we are working with each other. Hopefully, we will start the film next year.
Both Kaminey and Saat Khoon Maaf were critically and commercially acclaimed and I can’t wait for this collaboration to create that magic on screen again!
