Anushka Sharma Effortlessly Mixed-N-Matched Two Designer Creations From LFW

Rashmi Bhosale , 04 Sep 2018

It’s no news that Bollywood beauties are the first ones to grab onto the designs we see on the runway. They introduced the term ‘Straight Off The Runway’ to us for all the right reasons. Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2018 happened just two weeks ago, but we’ll soon see more designs from the ramp on our Insta feed. Anushka Sharma‘s OOTD kicked it off during the promotions of her upcoming film Sui Dhaaga that landed on our Instagram today.

It was such a cohesive outfit that we didn’t realise at first that the two garments are from different designers. It was celebrity stylist Allia Al Rufai who mixed and matched the two designer creations we had spotted on the Lakmé Fashion Week runway. The sweatshirt style top with puffy sleeves was designed by Nimish Shah for his label Shift. It was teamed with a millennial pink pencil skirt that featured a zipper in the front from Kanika Goyal‘s latest presentation. Both the collections were showcased on the third day of Lakmé Fashion Week recently, and we loved to see them on Anushka Sharma IRL. Scroll through the gallery below to check these creations out on the runway:

This combination definitely made for a great outfit. To add to the athleisure feel, Allia accessorised the look with white Puma Basket Heart Patent Sneakers. The sans earrings style suited the whole vibe too. Plus, her middle-parted hairstyle and dewy makeup look by celebrity makeup and hairstylist Daniel Bauer went so well with her entire OOTD!

This outfit is a really good inspiration for transitioning from summer to winter as well. What do you think about this look? Tell us in the comments below.
