Ever since the trailer of Badhaai Ho had released, I was waiting for the title track to be out. It was quite prominent in the trailer and it instantly struck a chord with me. The trailer of the film has already garnered a lot of love and now the first song from the film is out. Badhaaiyan Tenu‘s hook is so good that it will get stuck in your head for the longest time.
The song is such by Brijesh Shandailya, Romy, Jordan and the music is composed by Tanishk Bagchi. The song narrates the story of how the entire neighbourhood starts congratulating Ayushmann Khurrana‘s on-screen mother Neena Gupta after she conceives at an older age. The film which is directed by Amit Sharma also stars Sanya Malhotra and Gajraj Rao and is slated to hit the screen on the 19th of October.
