Shilpa Shetty is one actress of the Bollywood actress who has a huge social media fan following. The actress usually shares fu updates from her personal and professional life with her followers across the globe. Shilpa was recently in Australia for an event and shared Live updates from having a chill time in Sydney too.
However, on her way back to India, Shilpa faced an incident at the Australian airport where she felt like she was discriminated against for her skin colour. She took to Instagram to share this incident.

When asked about it Shilpa was quoted saying:
I’ve said my piece and that’s where I want it to end..it was an unpleasant experience I encountered. Been an actor for far too long and garner a lot of attention ,will not make a loose statement for publicity , it’s not my style! If I made a statement it was with a lot of thought! …. The airline has apologised and am sure has done the needful.. Support staff being uncourteous is not acceptable hence expressed my displeasure at that.
She further added:
Having said that I have many friends in Australia and have visited the country before where the experience was always good. I’ve moved on and don’t like to mull over things in the past.
It is terrible to see something like this take place when we hope and dream of an equal world and are moving towards it. Acts like these definitely need to be condemned.
