It was a girls day out for Alia Bhatt and her bestie Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor yesterday, and it looked quite fun. But we’re intrigued by the day-to-night outfit change they had together. Of course, it’s always entertaining to play dress up with your BFF and we’re taking inspo from Alia and Akanksha to get the switch right.
For a daytime outing, Alia and Akanksha opted for casual cool outfits. Alia wore a slogan tee with ‘Hi, I Don’t Care, Thanks’ written on it and teamed it with ripped denim shorts. She accessorised it with a mini orange backpack, Gucci sneakers and big, embellished sunglasses. Akanksha went for an athleisure style with white polka dot tee and leggings styled with black sunnies, Nike sneakers and an Off-White shoulder bag.
They switched it up for the evening, and Alia was the perfect yin to Akansha’s yang. Alia went with an LBD that had lace details and a deep V neckline. She styled this dress with ankle-strap heels and hoop earrings, keeping it simple. Whereas, Akanksha complemented her in a cute white dress, which was cinched at the waist with a belt. She accessorised the look with tan strappy wedges and gold dainty chocker.
