We can almost see October from here, and you know what that means? The Sunburn City Festival is closer than you think! The music, the vibe and the overall experience are what we’re looking forward to. And if you don’t already know the artists that are gonna perform, don’t fret! We’ve got you covered with all the details you need. Apart from where, when and how it’s happening, here’s everything you need to know about the artists performing.
One of the biggest names in the EDM scene, A & B deliver such an amazing experience when they perform live. They’ve always been ranked high on the DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs Poll. They ranked #6 in 2007, #4 in 2008 & 2009, #5 in 2010 & 2011 and most recently at #27 in 2017. Their most loved tracks have been Sun & Moon, Always, Love is not enough to name a few. They will be performing at Sunburn after 7 years and we’re stoked.
Yellow Claw is a record production and DJ duo from Amsterdam that consists of Jim Aasgier and Nizzle. This DJ duo’s speciality lies in multiple genres like trap, hip-hop, dubstep, big room house, hardstyle and moombahton but they call their genre Amsterdam Trap. They have done some really massive collaborations with Dj Snake, Ty Dolla Sign, Gucci Mane, Krewella, Steve Aoki, and more. Some of their many hit tracks include Till it hurts, Shotgun, Catch me, DJ Turn it up and Public enemy.
Malaa is an electronic music DJ and producer, who broke onto the electronic music scene through his single ‘Notorious‘. He still hasn’t disclosed his identity and shows up for his gigs wearing a balaclava. Apart from Notorious, he’s also produced hit singles like Diamonds, Fade, Prophecy, Contagious and more.
This DJ duo consists of Sam O ‘Neall and MC DMC. They play across genres but mainly focus on bass house. We love the fact that they’re always twinning their outfits and even wearing matching hats!
Our guest star of the event is none other than Hodor from Game Of Thrones! Yep, you read that right. He’s actually a very well-known DJ who has been performing for 22 years and apart from his brilliant work on GOT, he plays amazing progressive house music as ‘Rave Of Thrones’. He will be performing in Mumbai and Delhi and is one of the most awaited gigs at the Sunburn City Festival. We’re sure his GOT theme mix will give you the chills.
