A dress that has the ability to impress anyone and everyone in just one glance, is definitely a winner. Plus, if it is approved by Kareena Kapoor Khan then you really don’t have to think twice. Recently, Fatima Sana Shaikh wore a dress that ticked all these boxes.
For the grand opening of MaMi Film Festival yesterday, celebrity stylist Ami Patel selected this stunning gown for Fatima. It was from Monisha Jaising‘s latest collection, which she showcased at the grand finale of Lakmé Fashion Week. The shiny dress had a scalloped neckline, a side wrap and a side slit. It had all the feminine details that we generally look out for in a glamorous dress. Keeping it simple, she styled it with black ankle-strap heels.
We had previously seen Kareena Kapoor don the same dress on the day of the grand finale of Lakmé Fashion Week. For her appearance though, she opted for a teal blue dress. To keep all eyes on the dress she styled it with nude pumps.
They both went for a strong eyeshadow which suited a bold look like this one. But their stylish hairstyles managed to give us the two distinct looks.
