If you’ve been spending too much time on the internet (just like us), you would probably know the hush-hush talks about Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar. Ever since a picture of the two has been spotted on social media, it has gone viral leaving fans excited. It all began after Shibani had uploaded a picture on Instagram with a mystery man. While speculation suggested that it was Farhan, there was no official confirmation until recently when the Rock On! actor uploaded the same picture on his account. Ever since then, the tinsel town has been talking about the new birds.
Recently, Mid-day questioned Dandekar about her love life and the actress had the perfect answer.
Shibani said,
I am not secretive, but I don’t feel the need to say things out loud. I don’t need to make an announcement about who I’m dating. It’s up to me to decide when and what I want to share about my personal life, and it is up to the audience to decide how they look at it. How much information I want to put out in the public domain is my prerogative.
She also spoke about how people speculate because she is a public figure.
We are public figures, so people are entitled to say what they want to. But I don’t care about their opinion. I’m aware of who I am and I’m comfortable with who I choose to date.
While we understand what Dandekar means, we wouldn’t mind those pictures coming our way. What say, folks?
