There is a really good reason why I always tend to check out Alia Bhatt‘s style. I feel her fashion quotient is quite relatable for a girl like me whose whole look revolves around wardrobe basics. Be it the ever-trending side-stripe pants or a cool slogan tee, Alia does the best comfy-casual looks. But the one thing I did notice about her is that she takes these outfits to a new level with her accessories. These add-ons are not as basic as her ensembles and that’s the very reason they easily stand out. Alia’s look from the airport today is a really good example of this.
For a comfy airport look, she chose to go blue-on-blue with a basic sky blue tee paired with jeans that had a raw hem. Adding a darker accent of the same hue, she had on Balenciaga‘s velvet belt bag that features trinket-style charms. For the other accessories, she went the black way, with mini rectangular sunglasses (similar to the ones Neo wore in Matrix) and ankle-strap block heels.
The whole look seems very low-key if it weren’t for the accessories! I am noting down this style trick from Alia to look chic even when I go to buy some groceries. Heavily investing in statement-worthy accessories is the way to go, and Alia’s look is proof!
