Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone kept us on our toes with their gorgeous destination wedding! The two chose to keep things private with their wedding held at Lake Como with only a handful of close friends and family.
We’d reported earlier how the #DeepVeer wedding will have not one but two wedding ceremonies, a Konkani, as well as Sindhi ceremony. Photos of their wedding ceremony just dropped and needless to say that we’ve been blown away by Deepika Padukone’s bridal avatar.
She wore a beautifully weaved Kanjiwaram saree from Sabyasachi in a gorgeous shade of gold and red, and like a traditional Konkani bride, she also wore traditional jewellery. Ever since they announced their wedding dates together on Instagram, we couldn’t wait to see her as a bride and it’s safe to say that her look has exceeded all of our expectations.
She switched to a traditional lehenga-choli again from Sabyasachi! The intricate work on the lehenga was mesmerising but her dupatta got our attention with the ‘Sada Saubhagyavati Bhava‘ written on the border. She donned a very tradition chuda and golden kaleera, along with huge mangtikka and nathani.
Both the looks are equally stunning and we can’t take our eyes off her.
