While there had been speculation about the growing closeness between Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor on the sets of Brahmastra. But Alia chose to stay mum about it until she made it Instagram official with this picture of them at Sonam K Ahuja‘s wedding reception. After this, Ranbir’s interview with GQ finally confirmed his relationship with her.
With the wedding fever that’s been going around B-Town, Alia and Ranbir’s name has come up quite a few times and there were even reports that she may tie the knot with her beau Ranbir in 2019. But recently at the Lux Golden Rose Awards, she made it pretty clear that if fans were waiting for her wedding they’ll have to wait a while.
She said,
If people are waiting for my wedding then, they have to wait for it. I think climax should be good and there should be a happy ending to it.
She also commented on Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ upcoming wedding.
I am really happy and excited that PC (Priyanka Chopra) is getting married. I am very excited to see PC and her wedding attire. I am very fond of her and I have lot of warmth and love for her. I hope that she will have a beautiful wedding. I am sure she will make a beautiful bride and she should have a beautiful life.
