Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone made our Sunday happier when we saw their pictures at the airport yesterday. The newlyweds returned to Mumbai after their private wedding at Lake Como in Italy and posed together for pictures. They waved at the fans waiting to catch a glimpse of them before they went towards their car. Post this, the couple directly headed to Ranveer’s residence where the Bhavnanis were all ready to welcome their new bahu, as per a report in DNA.

A source told the daily,

The Bhavnanis had organized a traditional griha pravesh for their bahu as per Sindhi customs. Ranveer’s family welcomed Deepika with an aarti and played a few customary games, too. She stayed at their residence last night. Today, they will head to her Prabhadevi home.

Ranveer and Deepika were on a hunt for a new home for a long time and they have finally finalised on one. As per a report in Filmfare, they have purchased a bungalow in Juhu which costs around Rs. 50 crore. The interior of the house is still under renovation and the couple will move in once it’s done.

The newlyweds will be heading to Bengaluru tomorrow where a reception is going to be held for Deepika’s family members on November 21. Besides this, there will be two wedding receptions held in Mumbai one on November 28 for the Bhavnani family and friends, and on December 1 for the film industry.

We are now waiting to see all the pretty faces at the receptions!
