A simple outfit like this one too always has a fashionable twist, when you’re a stylish celeb like Malaika Arora. That’s exactly what she did with her yesterday’s OOTN just by introducing a drool-worthy pair of shoes.
Malaika was out with her B-Town friends last night and was spotted outside a restaurant where they had met for dinner. She wore a long white tee from Helmut Lang, which had a limited edition vibrant pink logo. This she had tucked it inside the mini faux leather skirt that had a side slit and a gathered waist. She carried a studded clutch to amp up the edginess of the outfit. But her shoes were the actual rockstars of the show.
She chose to wear an updated design of the classic Cage Rockstud Sock Bootie from Valentino. The new version of Rockstud Bodytech boots have white rubber studs with leather touch straps, stretch knit material and velcro strap fastening. The shoes were essentially a play on the sock teamed with heels trend that became popular a few seasons ago. In fact, for someone who doesn’t know this designer shoes, it could easily pass off as red socks worn with strappy stilettoes!
