10 Tips That Will Save You From Turning Into A Bridezilla

Karishma Govil

Brides are all over the place when they are just a few months away from their wedding. They’ve got so much going on that things tend to slip their minds. I’m actually in the midst of the hectic planning myself and believe me when I say this, it ain’t easy, friend! There are a million things to do and limited time. So, from my experience, I’ve listed down a few things that can help you make it less stressful and save you from turning into a Bridezilla. Here they are:

1. Take Help

Your bridesmaids are here to help you during this time so make sure to delegate some work to them.

2. Check Your Period Cycle

The last thing you want is for you to get your period during your wedding. If that’s when your date falls, go visit your gynaecologist to help you with it.

3. Eat The Right Things

You don’t want to deal with acne and being ill in general, so be careful of what goes in your tummy.

4. Rest!

Get plenty of sleep as planning a wedding can be really exhausting. You need your beauty sleep, girl!

5. Meditate

Taking a small 30-minute break during the day to just shut your eyes and meditate can really help to calm your nerves.

6. Meet Your Friends

The biggest stress-busters are your BFFs. So, go out with them for a fun lunch or dinner just to relax.

7. Listen To Calming Music

Listen to your kinda music to de-stress. Music is legit therapy for the mind and can really help you calm down.

8. Get A Massage

Ease your senses by heading for a foot, back and/or head massage. There’s no level of exhaustion a good body massage won’t fix!

9. Write Everything Down

Listing out your tasks will help you understand what you’ve finished and things you still need to get done.

10. Set Realistic Goals

All your timelines should be realistic. Whether it’s you getting fit, decor deadlines or getting outfits on time, it should be calculated practically.
