I’m currently obsessed with all things #NickYanka cause their wedding photos and videos just released and we’re feeling the love through each of them. I love weddings a little too much and what makes them extra special is the personalisation behind it.
I’ve seen a plethora of customised wedding ensembles but never seen anything like Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas‘. The legendary designer Ralph Lauren custom-made PC’s wedding gown and Nick’s tuxedo but the details with which they were made are what won our hearts, completely.
Here are the heart touching details he revealed about their wedding attire:
The bride’s strapless column dress embellished with pearlescent sequins was overlayed with a hand-embroidered, high neck coat with scalloped sleeves and satin-covered buttons. The embroidery included eight significant words and phrases selected by the bride, including “Family” “Hope” and “Compassion”.
The groom wore a Purple Label double-breasted tuxedo with a piece of the bride’s dress hand-embroidered with the Urdu words, “My Jaan” (meaning “My Life”) at the interior lapel of the jacket, just over his heart.
Priyanka sure knows how to make a special day, even more special. Love is in the little things, and this is proof.
