Priyanka Chopra Jonas (Yes, it’s Insta official now!) is not just the talk of the town currently but the #NickYanka wedding has become a global phenomenon. While it definitely looked like a dream fairytale wedding that came true, Vogue US managed to capture the essence of their true love story via their January 2019 cover story. The news that she is the cover star of Vogue US definitely thrilled us but the fact that she is the first Indian woman to land the coveted cover was just the icing on the top!
Just before her wedding, we got to know that PeeCee is the cover star of Vogue US January 2019 issue. After getting a sneak peek at the inside pictures, we were keen to see the cover image. They revealed the cover this week and it’s safe to say that it lived up to our expectations.
Captured by ace photographer Annie Leibovitz and styled by fashion stylist Tonne Good, PeeCee looked effortlessly chic on the cover. She wore a long draped dress with a leopard print waist belt from Tom Ford‘s spring/summer 2019 collection.
In the inside pictures, she donned a red gown from Balenciaga‘s spring/summer 2019 collection and in another image, she is gilded in gold with a lamé gown from Oscar de la Renta‘s spring/summer 2019 collection.
The pictures are stunning, aren’t they? And what better way to kick start the new year? Amirite or amirite?
