Janhvi Kapoor may just have made her debut with Dhadak this year. But what a debut it was! While the movie swept the box office, she swept the audience off their feet. Another actor who made their debut in Bollywood was south Indian superstar Dulquer Salmaan in Karwaan. His performance and the film was much appreciated as well. Now, a report in Mid-Day suggests that both these actors will be coming together for a movie. India’s first female combat aviator and air force pilot Gunjan Saxena who played a crucial role during the 1999 Kargil war. And if reports are to be believed the project will be produced by Karan Johar.
While there are no confirmations about the same from the actors or the producer, we really hope this is true! If it is so, this will be Dulquer’s and Janhvi’s third film. While Dulquer is currently working on The Zoya Factor alongside Sonam Kapoor while Janhvi will be part of the KJo directorial and multi-starrer Takht.
Who is excited for this to happen? The subject matter itself sounds interesting enough to get us excited. Combine that with the fresh pairing along with amazing performers like Janhvi and DQ.
