Deepika Padukone is all about that high-fashion quotient nowadays, and we love that she’s making these style statements with Indian designers like Sabyasachi, AJSK and more. Today, we’re focusing on her all-black Anamika Khanna look that aced the layering trend.
Celebrity stylist Shaleena Nathani chose this custom design from Anamika Khanna and layered it with differently sized pearls and on her neck and matching earrings. She layered a kaftan-like jacket over an embroidered blouse and paired it with sharara/gharara pants. The entire outfit had such a high-fashion element to it, which was elevated with the pleated neckline on the jacket.
Deepika looked like she’d stepped right out of an editorial shoot on to the Star Screen Awards red carpet and we’re not complaining at all!
