A brilliant film is a combination of a number of things like the story, screenplay, dialogues, director and the performances of the actors. When all these things fall in place, no one can stop a film from becoming a hit. We may not get to see the other things one screen but we get to see the performances of the actors. In 2018, we saw some amazing performances by the actors in the movies which have kind of made us want to see them more often. So here we have listed a few actors we’d like to see more often in the movies in 2019. Here’s the list:
1. Anil Kapoor
When Mr Kapoor comes on the screen, he demands your attention and makes sure your eyes don’t move away from him. We want more opportunities to say ‘jhakkas‘ after seeing his performances in the films. Hope we get to see more of AK in the new year. After seeing the trailer, we are already excited for Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.
2. Priyanka Chopra
We know that PeeCee has been busy with her Hollywood career and she has been killing it in the west too. We are super proud of our desi girl but we’d love to see her in Bollywood movies more often, hai na? We can’t wait to see her in The Sky Is Pink.
3. Neena Gupta
We are yet to meet someone who has not loved Neena ji in Badhaai Ho. Not only on screen, but the actress has also been acing her social media game. We hope enough roles are written for her in 2019 because she has a lot of fans waiting to see her on the big screen.
4. Ishaan Khatter
With Beyond The Clouds and Dhadak, Ishaan has proven his versatility and abilities as an actor. He is one of the most promising new faces and we’d love to see him explore himself more in the coming year.
5. Abhishek Bachchan
After seeing Abhishek in Manmarziyaan on the big screen after a couple of years, we realised that he is one of the most underrated actors. AB, we loved your performance and would want you to do more films.
6. R Madhavan
Mention Madhavan and even today, we are reminded of Maddy from Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein. The actor has given us some memorable performances and seeing him in more movies will only add on to the list.
7. Seema Pahwa
Seema ji is the mother of today’s times who we absolutely adore! Whenever she has come on the screen in Bareilly Ki Barfi, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, Dum Laga Ke Haisha or any other film, she has made the screen worth it.
8. Pankaj Tripathi
Pankaj Tripathi is one actor who will make you laugh and cry too. And with equal conviction, play a negative character. That’s what we call a talented actor. Who would mind watching him multiple times in 2019?
9. Divyendu Sharmaa
We have mostly seen Divyendu as the sweet, innocent man in the movies but with the web series, Mirzapur, we got to see a different side of him. We’d want him to take up such a role in the movies too. We think he will suit the role. What do you think?
10. Gajraj Rao
Gajraj Rao has been so effortless in the movies that he has made the film-watching experience extra special and memorable for us. We want to see him much more in 2019.
11. Vidya Balan
Vidya is undoubtedly one of the best actresses we have in the industry today. Not all actors can take on the roles that she has which is why she is special. We are waiting for more film announcements starring Vidya.
12. Ayushmann Khurrana
Though Ayushmann had two back-to-back releases this year, we want to see him many more times in the coming year. He is one fantastic performer, isn’t he?
13. Dulquer Salmaan
Dulquer is a superstar down south and has given some amazing performances which is why we want to see him more in Bollywood movies too. We are waiting to know what next after Karwaan.
14. Harshvardhan Kapoor
The Abhinav Bindra biopic may have been pushed but we have been waiting for that film especially because it has Harshvardhan in the lead role. We want to see more films on you in 2019, Harsh.
15. Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub

A film is incomplete without the supporting actors and Zeeshan is one actor who has stood out in every film he has done, Zero being the latest release.
