Celebrities spend a huge amount of time and money to make sure that they always look their best. However, some of their skin care activities are so bizarre it’s hard to believe they actually exist. Here are some of the craziest facial treatments that celebs do that will blow your mind.

1. Vampire Facials

Vampire facials sure sound scary and definitely look their part as well. They came into the spotlight when Kim Kardashian West underwent the procedure on her show, Kim and Kourtney Take Miami. She later confessed that she regretted doing the procedure as it was very painful.
Vampire facials basically use your own blood which is processed and then injected back into your face. Platelets are believed to have anti-aging and skin rejuvenating properties when injected back into the skin.

2. Bird Dropping Facials

Angelina Jolie and Victoria Beckham are supposedly huge fans of the bird dropping facials. These facials are also called geisha facials. They originated in Japan and make use of Nightingale poop, which is dried, sanitized and powdered. The droppings contain enzymes and guanine, that are great for exfoliating the skin and giving it a healthy glow.

3. 24k Pure Gold Leaf Face Mask

Irina Shayk and other supermodels are known for their ethereal good looks and glowy skin, and they all apparently love this luxurious facial. Mimi Luzon, a celebrity skin care expert is the mastermind behind this facial. The gold facial reduces redness, signs of aging and also increases radiance and elasticity of the skin. Who wouldn’t wanna feel like royalty while getting this facial done?

4. Bee Venom Face Masks

A few years ago, the Duchess Of Cornwall admitted that she uses bee venom for its effective anti-aging qualities. It is also believed to be a natural alternative to botox and boosts collagen formation. Other influential people such as Kate Middleton, Victoria Beckham, and Gwyneth Paltrow have also joined in on the buzz and bee venom face masks have hence surged in popularity.
