Kangana Ranaut is unapologetic, unabashed and will never mince her words, especially when she knows it’s a topic where she is not on the wrong side. We all know that her film, Manikarnika is releasing this Friday, 25th January but last week, we came across reports of Karni Sena protesting the release of the film. The actress had then released a statement which read as, “Four historians have certified Manikarnika, we have got censor certificate as well, Karni Sena has been conveyed this but they are continuing to harass me. If they don’t stop then they should know I am also a Rajput and I will destroy each one of them.” Karni Sena had taken offence to this statement and asked her for an apology.
At an event recently, Kangana was asked about the same and she outrightly refused to apologise. “Ye faltu ka ego issue mere sath karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Main yahan pe kisi ko sorry-worry kehne ke liye nahi hu (There is no need for this ego issue. I am not here to apologise to anyone),” she said.

That’s pretty brave of Kangana, right?
Recently, in an interview with us, Kangana has also made some powerful statements about the #MeToo Movement, women empowerment and more. Read about it here.
