Looking at Bobby Deol now, you may not believe it, but the actor is turning 50 years old tomorrow i.e. on 27th January. Of course, it is going to be a special day and the entire family is going to come together and join in the celebrations. “The excitement is that my family– my sisters, their husbands, my chacha’s daughters, and their husbands, all are coming down. My closest friends are flying in, so I am excited because after a long time the whole family is going to be together, in a way,” Bobby shared. He further added, “All my brothers-in-law are like we all are going to Bobby’s birthday like it’s his wedding again.”

It is going to be a family affair as the actor doesn’t really throw parties. “I am not someone who likes to have these big parties. I usually celebrate my birthdays at my farmhouse but this time I decided I want to celebrate the birthday at home where I am born and brought up and living in for the last 50 years,” he said. Yes, it’s the same house! Bobby also revealed, “The house was being built when I was born. We used to live on the ground floor somewhere in the back. Then the house kept getting made.”

While we were sitting on a sofa in the front yard of his house, his wife, Tanya Deol, was busy doing all the arrangements for her husband’s birthday. Appreciating his wife’s efforts, Bobby said, “She is working so hard. She is doing all the preparations and she loves doing it. She makes all my birthdays so special, not just the 50th birthday. It’s her birthday before mine but every time she is more bothered about my birthday.”

Bobby is looking forward to reminiscing about the childhood days with his folks. “It’s going to be exciting, just sitting and chatting with my sisters, being with everyone and getting nostalgic about the old days and just having a great time.

He is looking forward to having a nice and relaxed time with everyone. He said, “This birthday is definitely going to have a special memory for me when I look back at it.

He concludes with a very positive note. “I feel more energetic now than I did 10 years back. I am looking at things and enjoying them more than I did before. With time, I have realised that you have to enjoy every moment of your life and don’t let it put you down because good and bad always happens in your life. You just have to be cherishing every moment you’re living. I am happy that I am living a better and healthier life.”

We wish you a very happy birthday, Bobby! Hope you have a healthy, fit and the best year ahead.
