Social media has been a boon in a lot of ways for celebrities to connect with their fans. The added ask a question sticker on Instagram has just helped fans to feel closer to their favourite stars too. Yesterday, Shahid Kapoor‘s beautiful wife Mira Kapoor put out the ask a question sticker and a slew of her fans joined in. One Instagram user asked her about how it was to meet Shahid for the first time knowing that he was an actor and Mira recalled their first meeting saying it was like meeting anybody else. She also revealed that she had actually met Shahid quite long ago since they were family friends.

Whooa! Now that’s news. Wonder if she ever thought is she would get married to the actor back then. Back in 2011, when the duo had met for the first time Shahid movies like Chance Pe Dance, Paathshaala, Badmaash Company and so on had just released. While Mira might not be from a film family herself, she has quickly become a celebrity and one of the most talked about star wives for sure.
Earlier, Mira had disclosed on Koffee With Karan how Shahid had come to meet her for the first time while their families were in talks for marriage. Apparently, Shahid was in his Tommy avatar for his movie Udta Punjab when he had visited Mira’s home. Now, that’s one helluva a first impression, no?
